13. Wagering and Gameplay ConditionsYour wager must not constitute more than 80% of the value of a deposit for at least two wagers placed immediately following such deposit; failing which any potential payout on the first round(s) shall be capped accordingly.

14. Bonus Abuse Prevention

• Bets placed using bonuses with free bets or bonus money and returned as voided must have their original stake, including wins if any, deducted from real-money account.

22. Suspension or Closure of Accounts

Any account found violating these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly through third-party activities on your behalf, will result in suspension or closure without prior notice.

23. Intellectual Property and Platform OwnershipAll intellectual property rights regarding the Platform belong to its parent company, Posh Casino. 24. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we nor our employees or contractors (collectively "Posh Casino's Staff") be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages arising in connection with the use of this Platform including loss of profits, data corruption etc., even if advised of their possibility.

• The maximum aggregate amount available to compensate under applicable law will apply only during that specific claim period.

25. Modification of Terms

License Agreement Terms

If any provision or term contained in this agreement is deemed unlawful, voidable or unenforceable then such term shall be amended to reflect prevailing law and all other provisions shall remain in full force.
